REFERRAL REWARD PROGRAM:
Refer Happy Dog & Cat to a new client, and if they use our services, you receive a $15 credit
on your next Happy Dog & Cat invoice.  

CANCELLATIONS:
  • Daily Walkers (we walk your dog at least 3 times per week, on a regular basis):
          Must cancel by 10 PM the previous night or the next day's services are charged in full
  • General Walks/Visits (usually while owner is out of town):
          Must cancel 24 hours in advance or first day's services are charged in full
  • Bath services, pet taxi, vet visits and all other general services:
          Must cancel 24 hours in advance or first day's services are charged in full
  • All Pet Services on Holidays or Holiday Weekends:
          Must cancel 72 hours in advance or first day's services are charged in full   
  • All Overnight Pet Sits:
          Must cancel 24 hours in advance or first day's services are charged in full.  

CONFIRMATIONS:
Approximately seven days prior to the start of the sit you will receive an itemized confirmation of services via email.  
The confirmation serves two purposes:  It's a reminder, so that the client can feel confident that their sit is on
schedule and, as a courtesy, it also it gives the client a chance to cancel service without incurring any late
cancellation fees.

DEPOSITS:
A 50% deposit is due before the first day of the pet sit or the client may leave a deposit check for the sitter to pick
up on the first day of the sit.

BILLING:
Invoices are sent out via email on the 15th and 30th of each month.  Happy Dog & Cat has a 14 day billing cycle.  
Please ensure that your payment is postmarked within TWO WEEKS of receiving your invoice or a $10 late fee is
added to the account.

BOOKING OFFICE HOURS:
Although Happy Dog pet sitters are available for pet sits 24 hours a day, seven days a week, our office
hours for booking and customer service are Monday through Friday, noon until 4PM.
Of course you can
email Happy Dog or leave a message on the office line at any time.  Our after-hours line is for Happy Dog clients
and emergencies only and it is monitored all hours that the booking office is not open.
